Services

Nerdhub, LLC provides IT support, business automation, and professional email setup services as described on this website or in a written quote.

Pricing and third-party costs

Setup fees cover Nerdhub's labor. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, domain registration, and other third-party subscription costs are separate unless specifically included in a written quote.

Payments and refunds

Payments for setup services are processed through Stripe. If we are unable to complete a paid setup, we will work with you on a resolution, which may include a refund. [REFUND POLICY PLACEHOLDER]

Ownership

You retain ownership and control of your domain, email accounts, and billing information. Nerdhub configures services on your behalf and does not lock you out of your own technology.
